We began our business in 1994 in a small out of the way 600 square foot space with a philosophy of providing low cost, functional used office furniture, delivered promptly. (Our first delivery truck was a mini-van). Word spread of our sincere effort to serve our customers with what they wanted and today we have 4 locations, operating out of 100,000 square feet of stores and warehouses, with seven delivery trucks serving the needs our customers, locally and nationwide. We have expanded to serve all business needs from office supplies to modular stations, warehouse products to electronics, providing both new and pre-owned products. For example, last year alone we sold over 10,000 new and pre-owned chairs, and delivered more than 2,000 modular stations. This place is awesome. Matt and Chris not only are hilarious, but they are extremely helpful. I wish I found this place before ever, ever, venturing into any other office supply store. I'd never have to put together my own desk or lateral file. I found an awesome pro office chair for 60 bucks, normally this type will run $150. They have a Mecca of awesome office furniture that is in great shape, it's difficult to even say it has been used. In addition, I needed basic desk supplies as well, and wish I found them before I went to a depot for office stuff. It is a good mine like Toys R Us is to kids. 😀

This place is awesome. I ordered cubicles from Chris at TOPS. He was great to work with. He came to my office, measured, and did a layout for the spaces I needed furniture for. I started to freak out a bit when he told me I didn't get to pick out the cubicles or see them before the installation. He assured me they would look nice and confirmed what I had in mind. He was absolutely correct! The cubicles they installed are beautiful and fit perfectly into the spaces. The installers were very professional and had the installation done in a very short time. There were a couple of items that needed to be changed. They came back the next day and finished. The prices were also very good. I paid a third of what I would have paid new. I had a great experience with TOPS and highly recommend them!

Forget Office Max. Forget Office Depot. Forget Staples. Forget 'em all, man. Go to TOPS. Save some money on some slightly used office supplies. Yeah, the 5th street location's a little scary, but worth the trip. The one up north is in a much nicer area. Worth checking out. I picked up a stapler, three hole punch, 3 reams of paper and a couple binder for like, 10 bucks, I'm not kidding.

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! In a world where customer service has become an afterthought, TOPS is an oasis in the desert. I rented an LCD projector and could not get it to work with my laptop. I took it back in to TOPS and Chris spent about 20 minutes helping me to try and get a signal. We had no luck but I thought it might be my laptop, so I opted to keep the rental and try with another computer. I ended up trying 3 different computers but had no luck. When I returned the projector the next day Chris asked me how it went and I told him I never got it to work. I did not ask for a refund because I'm pretty sure it was user error on my part. When Chris learned that I was unable to use the projector he volunteered a complete refund! This company goes out of it's way to help it's customers. I'll be back!

Gosh, hard to believe I'm the first to review this place! Maybe it's just not conveniently located for most other folks, but it's just down the street from me. Which is great, because as yet another one of those hoping-to-turn-my-jewelry-hobby-into-a-business type folks, this place is right up my alley. It's chock-full of cheap (i.e. used) office supplies, and there's a whole warehouse behind the store full of used office furniture. Filing cabinets, desks, chairs, tables — you name it, they probably got it — no doubt squirreled away in some distant nook ala the end of “Raiders of the Lost Ark.” That's certainly what it looked like to me the first time I saw the warehouse! Personally, though, I just tend to haunt the front of the store and hunt through the smaller stuff. I tend to go here first before hitting up Office Depot or Wal-Mart, and not just because it's closer. I like the idea of the place — it's like a Goodwill for office products. I've found a paper cutter, filing folder, scads of envelopes and receipt books and staplers and folders. They have tons of computer/printing paper, too! It's a great place for small business owners to get what they need, where you don't have to spend the big bucks. Nice, friendly service, too — more “Mom and Pop” than corporate, which is a nice change. I've recommended it to friends, and now I'm recommending it here on Yelp!
